BILLINGS - The Billings Police Department is releasing new information on a man who went missing early October.
Robert "Garrett" Stewart Jr., 25, has been missing since Oct. 4, and new information reveals Stewart might have been disoriented early that morning. The weather conditions were rainy and snowy on that day.
Police say Stewart was wearing a Western Sugar Beet baseball cap that was brown in the front and white mesh in the back. He was also wearing a gray zip up sweatshirt that had a grease stain in the front pocket area and blue Wrangler jeans.
Billings Police detectives are asking residents in the areas of Fifth Avenue South and South 38th in Billings to check their property for any of the items Stewart was wearing that day.
Stewart is described as a 25-year-old Native American male. He stands at 6' tall and weighs between 130 and 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. His hair was shaved short the day he went missing. He also has a slight mustache and goatee.
