Two suspects are now charged in connection with the hit-and-run death of an Alaska man on I-90 near Big Timber.
Wryan Young, 31, and her father, Westly Young, 50 both of Oak Harbor Washington have both been issued summons to appear in SweetGrass County court.
Wryan faces felony charges for failing to remain at the scene of a fatal accident and tampering with evidence.
Back in September a man was struck and killed on I-90.
Westly Young also faces charges of concealing the evidence of the hit and run.
Law enforcement officials had found human remains at a Livingston car wash in Park County on Sept. 30.
