43 year old Nichole Curr of Dillon pled guilty to felony criminal endangerment in a change of plea hearing Tuesday.

Curr appeared in Beaverhead County District Court on the amended charge information and plea.

She was originally charged with felony attempted deliberate homicide for reportedly shooting her husband in the neck outside their Dillon home last December.

A pre-sentence investigation could take up to 8 weeks, followed by sentencing that has not yet been scheduled.

If convicted Curr could face up to 10 years in prison.
