NorthWestern Energy now faces more than a dozen lawsuits over Bozeman's downtown explosion.
Farmers Union Mutual Insurance filed the 14th suit against the utility company this week.
According to court documents, the company insured several businesses on or near Main Street which had property damaged on March 5, 2009.
Like the dozen filed before it, this lawsuit blames NorthWestern Energy for the explosion and resulting fire.
Farmers Union Mutual Insurance is seeking than $46,000 in damages.
Glen and Kathy Stark of Starky's have also filed suit against the utility company for negligence.
