Melissa Debolt of Great Falls pleaded not guilty on Thursday to one count of sexual intercourse without consent.

Debolt, 21, is facing the charge after an alleged incident with a 14 year old girl.

Court documents state that Debolt befriended the teen and asked her to go fishing earlier this month.

After the fishing trip they went to Debolt's home, where documents say Debolt used her hands to assault the girl.

The probable cause affidavit filed by police indicates Debolt gave an "evolving story."

She first claimed she knew the teen only as a friend and that they had flirted via cell phone; she later admitted to kissing the girl and touching her thigh at her residence.

The County Attorney asked for $25,000 bail. The judge set her trial date for Nov. 19
