The man involved in a fatal Interstate 90 crash on Jan. 25 is now out of the hospital.

Michael Soule was discharged from Bozeman Deaconess Hospital Thursday afternoon.

Details of the crash that killed Michael's wife, Jennifer Soule, including who was driving and the cause, are still under investigation, deputy county attorney Todd Whipple said.

Michael and Jennifer Soule were in a pickup truck heading westbound on I-90 when it flipped at mile marker 304 around 1:50 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25.
