Montana woman now facing sex crime charges in runaway teen case

GREAT FALLS - A woman has been arrested for the second time in three days in connection with a case in which she is accused of harboring a runaway teenager in her Great Falls home.

Jenna Van Delden, 25, is facing more criminal charges.

The 13-year old male was reported as a runaway on Sep. 17, 2012, and was found safe on Tuesday at Van Delden's home on Chowen Springs Loop in Great Falls. He was hiding underneath a bunk bed in a second floor bedroom of the residence.

Van Delden, 25, was arrested and charged at the time with custodial interference, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

Van Delden was arrested again on Thursday evening and is now facing four charges of sexual intercourse without consent and one charge of tampering with a witness.

Prosecutors have requested that bond for Van Delden be set at $25,000. She is scheduled to make a court appearance for the new charges on Friday afternoon.
