BILLINGS - The recent death of a Florida man has no bearing on the Sherry Arnold case, Roosevelt County Sheriff/Coroner Freedom Crawford said.

On Jan. 20, a road crew found a male body in a ditch along U.S. Highway 2 near Bainville. Crawford has identified the deceased male as Brian Doyle, 49, of Florida. Crawford says up until about two weeks ago, Doyle had worked for an oil field maintenance company out of North Dakota.

Foul play has not been ruled out in the investigation into Doyle's death.

Roosevelt County authorities are asking for the public's help in obtaining information about Doyle's death. Authorities have set up a tip line at www.rcso17.org for any tips or information about the death. Anyone with information can also call Crime Stoppers in the Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office at (406) 653-2811.

Meanwhile, local and federal authorities continue to ask property owners in northeastern Montana and northwestern North Dakota to check their land any sign of missing Sidney teacher Sherry Arnold.

The FBI says "based on investigative evidence gathered over the last few days, it is believed that Ms. Arnold may be deceased." The FBI says her body has not been recovered.

Authorities say if you see something, you are asked to contact the Williams County Law Enforcement Center at (701) 774-9191.

Sherry Arnold went for a jog on Jan. 7 and never returned home. Two men, Lester Waters Jr. and Michael Spell, are facing aggravated kidnapping charges. An extradition hearing has been set for February 14 in Williston, North Dakota.
