BILLINGS - The next hearing for the two men charged with kidnapping and murdering Sidney teacher Sherry Arnold has been rescheduled.

The omnibus hearings for Michael Keith Spell and Lester Van Waters Jr. were scheduled for July 17. The hearings have been changed to Jan. 7, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. for Spell and 2 p.m. for Waters.

Waters and Spell each pleaded not guilty to deliberate homicide and attempted kidnapping charges on May 15.

On January 7, Sherry Arnold went for a jog in Sidney and never returned home. Court documents give conflicting statements about who killed Sherry Arnold. One of the suspects eventually led authorities to Sherry's body in North Dakota.
