Not as many thunderstorms out there today! The flow aloft is still out of the SW and today only a tiny bit of monsoonal moisture traveled up into SW Montana with isolated thunderstorms trying to develop.

This pattern will remain in place Friday and with it another slight chance of afternoon thunderstorms and rising temperatures. Friday max values should reach the upper 80's to lower 90's.

By the weekend slightly cooler temperatures will develop and look for better thunderstorm development as well late day Saturday and continuing into Sunday. Temperatures will likely fall down into the 70's to low 80's by Sunday.

NE Montana again today under a severe weather threat as lingering moisture and strong surface heating contribute to another round of aggressive thunderstorms this afternoon between Glasgow, Plentywood and Wolf Point.
