BILLINGS -

Billings Police Chief Rich St. John said new rumors of a Skyview High School shooting plot are not true.

In a press release issued Tuesday morning, St. John said a threat has been made but it involves Skyview High School in Nampa, Idaho.

"No threats exist locally," St John said in the press release. "SD2 is providing information to parents via their newsletter."

IdahoNews.com, a CBS News affiliate in Idaho, reports a threat against the high school was scrawled on a bathroom wall.

St. John and Billings School Superintendent Terry Bouck held a press conference last week to describe how previous rumors of a school shooting planned at Skyview also were not true.
