Enjoy this afternoon as the weather pattern is looking dry and mild with light winds. A great afternoon for outdoor activities with friends and family around SW Montana.
Tomorrow the pattern changes as a cold front rolls in from the west producing scattered valley rain and isolated thunderstorms and area mountain ranges will see snow.
Upper level Low will also move through Montana late Thursday into Friday and wrap around moisture could bring a little more wet weather across SW Montana on Friday.
Watch this short video forecast as I walk you through the High Resolution Forecast Model that will clearly show you the timing, location and intensity of rain and mountain snow Thursday into Friday. Please join me for updates on the forecast this weekend as we warm back up on KXLF at 5:30 pm and 10 pm.
