Body found in van in Missoula parking lot

MISSOULA -

Missoula Police are investigating a suspicious death after a man's body was found in a van in a Missoula shopping center parking lot.

Detective Guy Baker tells MTN News that they received a call Friday afternoon of a man deceased in white van in the Old Navy parking lot on North Reserve Street.

Det. Baker says the body is that of a man in his early 40s. His identity is not being released at this time as police notify his family. Det. Baker is asking residents if they have any information about this death to call him.

"We would like to know if anyone had seen activity around that van, or any other persons around that van and if they could contact me at the police department at 396-3217."

The incident is still under investigation.

Missoula Police confirm they are investigating a suspicious death after a man's body was found in a van in a Missoula shopping center parking lot.
