Arrest warrant issued for 4th person in fentanyl-laced heroin bust

Gallatin County District Court Judge John Brown has issued at $50,000 arrest warrant for Amber Drugge.

The three others arrested in the case are Charles Petty, Teran Smith, and Sarah Stoner.

According to court documents, Drugge was with Smith, her boyfriend, in the Bozeman area, when law enforcement was alerted that the pair may be transporting large quantities of drugs.

Smith had a warrant out of Missoula and Drugge had a warrant out of Idaho.

The Missouri River Drug tasked force arrested all for and questioned Drugge who told police that there was a large amount of heroin in the room.

She told them that they were processing the heroin with Vitamin 'C' because it was so strong.

She added that the heroin was so lethal that it was responsible for 4 overdoses in the Butte area.

Drugge is facing two counts of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs with Intent to Distribute, and one count Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, both felonies.
