BILLINGS -- A Lodge Grass man admitted Monday that he sexually abused a young girl.
Loyal Jude Hogan, 32, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Billings to abusive sexual contact with a minor.
The victim was 12 when the abuse happened in 2014.
Hogan was on the couch with the girl and the pair was watching a movie when Hogan began touching the girl inappropriately, according to court documents.
The victim later reported the abuse to her mother and grandmother, who reported the abuse.
Hogan was later interviewed about the allegations and claimed he did not remember touching the victim, but said he’d been under the influence of methamphetamine and could not remember completely.
Sentencing has been set for February.
There is no plea agreement in the case.
