Surrounded by her loving family, Patsy passed away peacefully at St. James Hospital. Patsy Martin Harrington was born October 25, 1937 to Frank and Patricia O’Donnel Martin.
She married Ed Harrington on July 12, 1958, a union that lasted 57 years. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and especially for her great sense of humor right up to her death.
She is survived by her husband Ed Harrington, children: Butch (Dori) Harrington and their children Bryan Harrington and Heather Sholey; Teri Harrington and daughter Sarah Mulcahy; Sean (Debi) Harrington and their son’s Devin, Damon and Nolan Harrington. Great grandchildren: Joey and Regan Mulcahy, Leo Harrington and Austin Sholey, Haylee, Dylan, Blaine, Arabella and Elise Harrington. She is also survived by her sister’s Jean McGrath, Joan Thompson from Dallas and Katie (Bill) Halvorson of Georgetown Lake, her brother-in-law Lee Anderson. Nephews Dan McGrath, Jim McGrath, Patricia Austin, Kathy Porter, Bill Halvorson and Kathleen Dory; in-laws, Donna (Gene) Lutey of Anaconda, JoAnn Vernose, Jean O’Brien, Judy (Carl) Popovich.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Pat and Frank Martin, aunt Kayo Rooney, uncles Jim O’Donnell, Father Joe O’Donnnell, brother-in-law, Dan McGrath, Bill Thompson, sister Rosie Anderson, nieces Debbie Hollow and Susan Grosso, mother and father-in-law, Jip and Helen Harrington and brother-n-law Jack Harrington.
In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends may call from 10:00Am to 11:00Am Thursday in St. Ann’s Catholic Church for visitations. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00Am. Interment of ashes will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the Butte Food Bank or to a charity of donor’s choice.
