 NEXT WEATHER MAKER

The atmosphere is slightly unstable today as a cold front passes through the state. Ahead of this front temperatures have jumped up into the 70s and 80s. There is enough moisture aloft that when surface heating and a cold front could trigger a few thunderstorms heading into Monday early evening. The area of greatest concern is from Helena to Glasgow but a few storms could develop along and North of I-90. Strong outflow winds will be the biggest issue as storms develop.
