 NEXT WEATHER MAKER

High pressure will be the dominating weather pattern over the next few weeks. There will be a few weak cold fronts passing through from time to time and will produce gusty winds but should be mostly on the dry side. This time of year with a blocking High pressure ridge over the Western U.S. monsoon moisture can lift northward and spark an isolated thunderstorm during the late afternoon to early evening hours across southern Montana.
