 NEXT WEATHER MAKER

Hottest temperatures of the year are here Friday and Saturday for SW Montana. Extreme heat, near record highs both days, extremely low humidity and a dry cold front arrives Saturday. As the dry cold front clashes with strong High pressure a pressure gradient develops and increasing surface winds develop. The combination of hot, dry and windy weather will elevate fire danger to extreme Friday into Saturday. Behind this front a gradual cooling trend will build over Montana and next week highs will fall down into the 80s.
