BUTTE, Mont. – There will be extra Butte Police officers at Butte High School on Wednesday, Oct. 31, after a suspicious note was found on Tuesday.
According to a press release from Sheriff Ed Lester, the note was found written on the wall of one of the restrooms at the high school.
Due to the nature of the note, the decision was made to have extra officers at the school on Halloween.
Classes will be held as scheduled.
