In court documents, prosecutors accuse Mullin of stabbing the woman in the neck and inflicting a deep cut on the head which were life-threatening.

The woman also told investigators Mullin had attacked her on previous occasions.

Mullin was arrested by Utah Highway patrol after receiving reports of a reckless driver on I-15 near Cedar City.

He is expected to make his first appearance in District Court on February 9th.
