Big Horn County reported two new COVID-19-related deaths Sunday for a total of 40.
One was a man in his 60s who died in a hospital Friday. The other was a woman in her 80s who died Saturday after being hospitalized.
Big Horn County has recorded 17 deaths in October and has a fatality rate of 2.8 percent.
Big Horn has reported 456 cases in October, about 30 percent of the county's total cases since April, which is 1,430.
