Around 6 p.m. on Friday, Ravalli public health confirmed an additional positive COVID-19 case.
This is the second case of coronavirus reported in Ravalli County.
The patient is a man in his 60's and is currently in isolation.
The Ravalli County COVID Incident Management Team said the positive case is connected with travel, and Public Health is taking steps to fully investigate the initial exposure.
The team said additional positive cases were expected, but credits Ravalli County residents who have been following the necessary practices in effort to reduce the spread of this virus in the community.
