Butte Sheriff Ed Lester reports the suspect in the bus standoff in Butte has been apprehended without incident about 9:45 p.m.
Sheriff Lester said officers fired a chemical agent into the bus that forced the suspect out. No gunshots were fired, and the suspect immediately surrendered and was arrested.
Explosives team will remain on scene to make sure there are no explosive devices in the bus.
