BUTTE – A Butte man pleaded not guilty Thursday morning to four felony charges for having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl.
30-year-old Cody Eaton is charged with having sexual contact with the teen in early January, sending her lewd photos of himself and trying to convince her to run away with him.
Eaton is now in jail on $250,000 bond.
