BUTTE - A Butte soldier who died in World War II more than 80 years ago was finally laid to rest.
A somber ceremony was held at Mountain View Cemetery on Friday as an honor guard conducted the body of Private Henry David Bordner to his grave before a crowd showing their last respects.
Bordner died in a prison camp in 1942 while fighting in the Philippines. His remains were not officially confirmed until last year.
