BUTTE - Butte's primary elections will be conducted through mail-in ballots only due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Butte's Clerk and Recorder Office will mail out ballots to the county's 22,000 registered voters by May 8.
Ballots must be submitted before the June 2nd primary.
No stamp is needed to mail in ballots.
