BUTTE - The group Dishability gave out a free lunch to anyone who was hungry in Butte outside its Mercury Street office Friday afternoon.
The group helps those with disabilities learn to cook and is supported by the Butte Emergency Food Bank. The group wanted to show their appreciation for all the community support during this difficult time.
“We're just so overwhelmed by how amazing people in this community are and people have been giving so much to the food bank and to other organizations supporting small business, and today they helped support this free meal for people, so it's really cool,” said Dishability Coordinator Cassie Wick.
The group also took donations for the food bank in Butte.
