The Montana Tech campus is currently without power, and officials say it is unknown how long it will take to restore.
According to a social media post, NorthWestern Energy is working on the issue and anticipates it to be a multi-hour event.
They ask that all non-essential faculty and staff members work from home if possible for the remainder of the day.
All afternoon classes have been cancelled.
