A person is in custody after law enforcement responded to a domestic disturbance on West. Sixth St. just before 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026.
According to a release from the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Law Enforcement Center, a firearm was discharged during the incident.
The case will be turned over to the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Attorney’s Office for prosecution, and no further updates from ADLC Law Enforcement will be provided.
