Gov. Bullock to Host Live Town Hall on Climate Change with Young Montanans

HELENA – On Monday, July 1, Gov. Steve Bullock will host a Facebook Live town hall with young Montanans to discuss the issue of climate change according to a press release Friday.

Gov. Bullock will also make an announcement on new actions to address climate change in Montana.

The live town hall is being hosted in partnership with the Forward Montana Foundation and will engage young Montanans across the state in a discussion on how climate change is impacting Montana communities.

Participants will include:

  • Sula Duncan, from Livingston, is a junior at Park High School, musician and outdoor enthusiast.
  • Avery S. Old Coyote, from St. Ignatius, is a member of the Crow Nation and is also affiliated with the Flathead Nation.
  • Valan Anthos, from Missoula, is an environmental and climate activist who plans to attend law school in 2020.
