If your kid likes to roll in style and needs a little something more than a driving video game to satisfy their need for speed, we may have found the perfect toy for them.

Tesla is world-famous for its energy-efficient electric cars — but did you know the company offers a kid-sized version of its popular Model S? Appropriately dubbed the Tesla Model S for Kids, this miniature version honestly looks every bit as sharp as the grown-up model.

But there are a couple of drawbacks to this sweet little ride. For one, it only has a single seat, so they can forget about using the carpool lane. Also, there’s the price tag, which comes to $600.

For that high cost, however, your child does get a quality vehicle. Tesla boasts that the Model S for Kids is the world’s first ride-on toy that’s powered with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. “Lithium Ion Batteries are engineered to provide the best performance available in a battery powered ride-on with a lower impact on the environment,” the site reads.

This bad boy also comes fully loaded with an MP3 audio system, a trunk for hauling other toys, working headlights and a horn — the latter of which could prove regrettable. Kids can drive up to 6 miles per hour or, if you prefer your kids take it slow, simply flip a switch to limit their speed to 3 miles per hour.

Tesla’s website says the toy can drive in forward or reverse and reaches a top speed of 6 miles per hour but can be limited to top out at 3 miles per hour with a parental control switch. This car is so realistic you might have to take it into the shop for maintenance and to get the tires looked at.

The accessories don’t stop there, either. If you want a legit-looking Tesla car cover to keep the dust off your kid’s new vehicle, Radio Flyer, which manufactures the toy, sells one for $50.

The car itself comes in four colors with bold names like midnight silver metallic, deep blue metallic, red metallic and solid white.

If you’re in the market for a ride-on toy car for your little one, but don’t feel like spending $600, there are plenty of less expensive options out there that look equally fun.

If sports cars are your thing, Walmart sells a children’s version of the Audi TT RS on sale for $129.99 as of publication time.

But if your kid needs to do some serious hauling, Walmart also has a 12-volt Toyota Tundra ride-on toy that will get the job done. This thing has working LED lights and a storage compartment in the back. The only thing that’s missing is a GPS system!

It was on sale for $299.99 as of publication time.

These rides will probably make you jealous that you are too big for them!
