There is more sunshine on tap for your Wednesday as our temperatures climb back to the middle and upper 70s. A few scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop for the afternoon and evening in the area, with light showers lingering into the pre-dawn hours.
BOZEMAN: High – 77; Low – 49. Partly to mostly sunny through the early afternoon with a few isolated showers moving into the area late in the afternoon.
BUTTE: High – 76; Low – 42. Mild with plenty of sun early in the day. Expect a few scattered showers late in the afternoon into the early evening.
DILLON: High – 76; Low – 45. Comfortable and sunny early with scattered thunderstorms developing after 3 PM and will linger into the middle evening.
WEST YELLOWSTONE: High – 71; Low – 38. Cool and sunny early with a smoky haze lingering into the evening. A few scattered showers are expected late in the day.
UP AND DOWN TEMPERATURES THROUGH EARLY SEPTEMBER:
The weather pattern is setting up to be a little up and down over the course of the next 10 days or so. Mild temperatures are expected to stick around through the weekend before another small blast of cool air moves in early next week. That will likely drop our highs back to the 60s with scattered showers through Tuesday or Wednesday before another ridge of warm air builds back into place late in the week.
