Cool temperatures persist with rain and snow this weekend

Today’s Forecast:
A cool and damp morning could leave ice on a few bridge decks in the area as well as the possibility of some patchy fog across southwest Montana.  Highs will stay in the upper 40s despite plenty of sunshine for the afternoon.  Clouds are expected to build back into the area tonight and could bring some pre-dawn rain or snow showers.

BOZEMAN: High – 48; Low – 34. Patchy fog early with plenty of sun for the afternoon.  Temperatures will struggle for your Friday with more clouds toward the evening hours.

BUTTE: High – 48; Low – 30. Crisp conditions will stick around today with highs in the 40s under mostly to partly cloudy skies.

DILLON: High – 50; Low – 32. Cool temperatures once again today with a slight chance of an evening shower.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: High – 42; Low – 26. Snow will slowly melt as skies begin to clear.  Outside of a morning snow shower, conditions are expected to stay dry.

WEEKEND OUTLOOK: 
Another storm system will move through SW Montana starting early on Saturday bringing scattered rain and snow showers to the region.  Temperatures will stay in the middle 40s.  Snow showers are expected to stick around during the evening hours with light rain during the afternoons.  This cold streak is expected to stick around through at least Friday of next week.
