Much cooler temps expected tomorrow

A few storms will continue to the east of the divide this afternoon and evening. Much cooler temperatures are expected tomorrow.

City by City Forecast:

BOZEMAN: LOW: 41°; HIGH THURSDAY: 60°. Lows will fall into the 40s tonight with storms coming to an end by midnight. We’ll see another wave of precipitation move into the region by late morning. Highs will be much cooler than what they were today. Chance of Precipitation: 70%.

BUTTE: LOW: 36°; HIGH THURSDAY: 55°. Lows will fall into the middle 30s with mainly clear skies expected through 6 am. By mid-morning, we’ll start to see another wave of precipitation move into the area. Chance of Precipitation: 70%.

DILLON: LOW: 37°; HIGH THURSDAY: 57°. A few storms early tonight. Much wetter and cooler weather is expected for tomorrow, highs will struggle to make it out of the 50s. Chance of Precipitation: 60%.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: LOW: 32°; HIGH THURSDAY: 54°. Lows will fall to around freezing tonight with rain coming to an end before temps flirt with the freezing mark. Highs will only be in the 50s tomorrow with a chance of rain all day. Chance of Precipitation: 60%


Well below average temperatures are expected for the remainder of work week. Snow levels might make it down 6000’ Friday and Saturday and morning so we’ll need to monitor pass roads then. A warming trend will begin Sunday. Stay tuned for more updates from the KBZK and KXLF STORMTracker weather team.
