Slow go travel through Wednesday morning

Posted

BOZEMAN – Scattered snow showers will continue into this evening with a few lingering pockets of snow Wednesday morning.

Greatest travel impacts will be over mountain passes with accumulating snow, lower visibility, snow-covered and icy conditions. Some valley and mountain pass roads are wet Tuesday afternoon and these wet roads will turn icy after sunset as temperatures fall below freezing.

Overall, this is a weak storm system but it’s producing just enough off-and-on snow showers to produce travel concerns this evening into Wednesday.
