Afternoon temperatures will be on the rise for your Wednesday with highs in the upper 60s to near 70°. Winds will stay out of the south between 5-15 mph through the early evening. Clouds are going to move in during the evening and keep lows in the middle and upper 30s.

BOZEMAN: High: 68; Low: 38. Clouds will clear out of our skies for the afternoon and allow temperatures to climb to the upper 60s.

BUTTE: High: 65; Low: 35. Mild afternoon with a light southerly breeze between 5-15 mph.

DILLON: High: 68; Low: 36. Sunny and warm for the afternoon with clouds moving into the area for the evening.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: High: 60; Low: 24. Pleasant afternoon with mainly sunny skies.

COOLING TREND LATE THIS WEEK:
A series of cold fronts will move into the region starting on Thursday. While temperatures will fall, it will be more subtle at first. The initial blast will come into the area through the afternoon on Thursday bringing scattered rain showers and snow on the higher mountain peaks. As we get closer to the weekend, you can expect temperatures to fall quickly into the low 50s and upper 40s on Friday. Highs this weekend will stay in the 40s with rain or a rain/snow mix on Saturday and scattered snow showers in the region on Sunday.
