BUTTE — This small restaurant is owned by a beloved member of our community, Doc Wheeler. He has been open for over 40 years.
Since the virus came, he has done everything he could to take care of his employees.
You can currently get food to go from El Taco. He is doing such a small amount of business now, same as all restaurants, but he won’t close because of his loyalty to his employees who are so dear to him.
